Sun(1) Jin [1519] Daya's [1546] father and Sun(1) Di's [7343] cousin (CBD, 1890 has an entry citing Sun Di's preface to his elder brother's (i.e. elder cousin) collected draft edicts and Daya (q.v.) has a preface by his uncle, Sun(1) Di). Jiangnan TZ, 119.33a identifies Jin as a Wujin resident, whereas his probable cousin, Da [20998], is identified as a Wuxi resident, and CBD identifies Jin as a CBD resident. I suspect that this is an example of a lineage that resides on the county borders and will use the following convention--use CBD's address as definitive (including, based on this, the address of documented kin), use the local history address, in absence of CBD entries, as definitive for probable kin. The result will be that some members of this lineage (or probable members) will be identified as Wuxi residents, whereas others will be identified as Wujin county residents. XNYL, 48.7a.
