Fang(1) Xie [597] His ancestors were Shejun Fang(1), descended from Hong (-200) [16931]. Xie's sixth generation ancestor, Qushu [3291], moved his lineage branch of the clan from Yanzhou, [Chunan ?] to Quanzhou, Xinghua xian in Fujian to avoid the disorder at the end of the Tang. Xie's great grandfather, Jing [3293], served in the administration of the Southern Tang kingdom and grandfather, Shouyin [16974], in the administration of the kingdom of Shu. His father, Ding [3303], moved to Putian xian when the Song established Xinghua jun from the territory of Quanzhou and the Chen returned to allegiance.
